I have just had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything in Old San Juan. The rooms are cozy and equipped with very comfortable beds, although some may need attention from the cleaning staff. The service was excellent once we spoke directly with the manager, and the pet amenities available were a lovely touch. Despite minor inconveniences, this hotel offers great value for money.
